How Sweet It Was - How Sketch It Is

With the 3 gel pens I just got
I did most of these while looking through the book
How Sweet It Was Television: A Pictorial Commentary
by Arthur Shulman and Roger Youman
(c1966, Shorecrest, Inc).

I suppose we could have titled this post
What The Gel! or Oh Swell It's Gel or Our Pal Gel.
But we didn't so lets not even think about it.

Trucks, Turkey and Comic Strips - The Bengal Brothers

As I was working on these comic strip sketches
The Addams Family was on the telly-
background sound if you will.
Before that the last several minutes
of the movie Trucks was on.

The last 3 words spoken by Raf are:
"...take up cartooning."

VanCasso X 2: Pen & Pencil

Here we have a pen sketch or two
of Mr. VanCasso standing by some of his works.
We also have a pencil sketch of what a
VanCasso comic book might look like
if there were such a comic book.
